OFFICIAL RULES

  1. Eligibility: Open to all residents aged 18 and over (or the minimum age required under applicable law, whichever is greater), except:
    1. employees of Toro Europe NV (“The Promoter”), their families, the Promoter’s dealers or any third party directly associated with the administration of this prize draw (“Draw” or “Promotion”); and
    2. any individual restricted by applicable law or regulation from entering the Draw.
  2. No Purchase Necessary: The Draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the chances of winning.
  3. How to Enter: To enter the Draw, visitors (each that submits, an “Entrant”) must scan the QR code displayed at the Promoter's stand and complete the official entry form, including their estimate of how many balls fit in the hopper of the Toro PLH product, at either:
    • GalaBau 2026, held at the Nürnberg Messe Exhibition Centre, Nuremberg, Germany, from 15 to 18 September 2026; or
    • Salon Vert 2026, held at Château de Baville, Saint-Chéron, France, on 23 and 24 September 2026.

    Only entries submitted via the official QR code entry form during the event dates listed above will be eligible. The Promoter has the right to determine, in its sole discretion, if an entry is not valid. One entry per person is permitted. By submitting an entry, the Entrant warrants and represents that all information provided is accurate and that the Entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules.

  4. Entry Period: Entries will be accepted from the opening of GalaBau 2026 on 15 September 2026 until the close of Salon Vert 2026 on 24 September 2026. Entries received after the close of Salon Vert 2026 will not be valid.
  5. Invalid Entries: The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrect or late Entries, including for Entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
  6. Draw: The Promoter will select one (1) “Winner”. The Winner will be the Entrant who correctly estimates the actual number of balls that fit in the hopper of the Toro PLH product. If more than one Entrant submits the correct answer, the Winner will be selected by random draw from those eligible Entrants using a randomizer to ensure no bias. If no Entrant submits the correct answer, the Winner will be the Entrant whose estimate is closest to the actual number of balls that fit in the hopper of the Toro PLH product. If more than one Entrant submits the same closest estimate, the Winner will be selected by random draw from those eligible Entrants using a randomizer to ensure no bias. The draw will take place on or about 30 September 2026.
  7. Notification: The Promoter will notify the potential Winner using the contact details provided on the entry form and request any additional information required to arrange delivery of the Prize. The Prize will then be sent to the address provided by the Winner. If a potential Winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of notification, or if a potential Winner does not contact the Promoter to claim the Prize within 21 days of notification, the Promoter will be entitled to select an alternative Winner in accordance with these Rules.
  8. Prize: The Prize consists of one (1) Toro 60V eMulticycler (Model 21836), including one 2.5Ah battery and one standard charger.
  9. Prize Delivery: The Promoter will post the Prize to the Winner within 7 days of the Winner’s announcement.
  10. No Alternative: The Prize for the Winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative Prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so.
  11. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning the Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
  12. Winning Entries: The Promoter reserves the right to publicize the Winner's name and winning entry in connection with the promotion following the conclusion of the Prize Draw.
  13. Winners List: The Promoter may publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will send the surname and county of the Winner(s) to anyone who mails a request and a self-addressed envelope to:
    Marketing Department, Toro Europe, Nijverheidsstraat 5, 2260 Oevel, Belgium,
    within one month after the close of the Entry Period.

    If you object to any or all of your surname and county being made available, please inform the Promoter at the time you are notified that yours was a Winning Entry. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and Winner to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

  14. Conditions of Participation: Each person who enters the Promotion (“Entrant”) agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of the Promoter. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any Entry that, in its sole discretion, is in any way inappropriate. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse Entry or refuse to award the Prize on behalf of any Entrant in breach of these terms and conditions.
  15. Rights Reserved: The Promoter reserves the right to void, cancel, suspend, or amend this Promotion where it becomes necessary or reasonable, in its sole discretion, to do so. The Promoter may disqualify any individual who makes a misrepresentation or material omission or who tampers with the entry process, an entry form, or the administration of the Promotion.
  16. No Liability: Insofar as is permitted by applicable law, the Promoter, its agents or dealers will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize, except where it is caused by the sole and gross negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  17. Personal Data: Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will be processed for the purposes of the promotion, as set out in sections 7, 12, and 13, and according to the privacy policy.
  18. Governing Law: This Competition and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, unless otherwise required that local jurisdiction apply. Entrants agree that any disputes arising from or in connection with this Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts, unless otherwise required that local jurisdiction apply.
  19. Taxes: Any tax liability as a result of winning is the Winner’s responsibility.
